Shrimp Salad with Tsocani

Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 200 g peeled shrimp
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 10-12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 50 g Tsocani DOIRANI cheese, cut into flakes
  • 4 lettuce leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper

For the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Optional: 2-3 drops of tabasco

Procedure

Start with the sauce: in a bowl, mix all the ingredients well until we have a smooth mixture. If we want intensity, add a little tabasco.
Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil in a non-stick pan.
Add the shrimp and sauté over medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Season with salt and pepper and remove.
In a large bowl, place the lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes, spring onion and Tsocani DOIRANI.
Add the shrimp.
Pour the sauce over and mix gently.
Serve right away, ideally with a little freshly ground pepper on top.
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
