Juicy burger with smoked cheese

 

Ingredients for 1 serving

For the burger

  • 80 g ground beef
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. of soup sharp butter
  • 1 tsp. olive oil soup

For the burger

  • 1 burger bun
  • 2 slices smoked semi-hard cheese DOIRANI
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • 1 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 leaf lettuce

Procedure

We form the burger. In a frying pan we add the oil and butter and as soon as they get hot, we add the burger. We also add salt and pepper. We bake for 2′ and lower the heat a little. We do not turn it over and do not press the burger.

We let one side cook and we flip it just once, adding a little salt and pepper. In a non-stick frying pan we bake the semi-hard DOIRANI cheese for 2′ on each side. We serve on the bun by adding first the mayonnaise and then the lettuce, burger, cheese and tomato and seal with the other bread slice.
