Ingredients for 1 serving
For the burger
- 80 g ground beef
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 sharp tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. olive oil soup
For the burger
- 1 burger bun
- 2 slices Smoked DOIRANI
- 1 slice of tomato
- 1 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1 leaf lettuce
Procedure
Form the burger. In a frying pan add the oil and butter and as soon as they get hot, add the burger. Also, add salt and pepper.
Bake for 2′ and lower the heat a little. Do not turn it over and do not press the burger.
Let one side cook and flip it just once, adding a little salt and pepper. In a non-stick frying pan bake the Smoked DOIRANI for 2′ on each side.
Serve on the bun by adding first the mayonnaise and then the lettuce, burger, cheese and tomato and seal with the other bread slice.
