Pizza with Cherry Tomatoes, Basil and Classic

 

Ingredients for 1 pizza- 4 serving

For the dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. of soup salt

For the sauce

  • 1 large tomato, grated
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

For the pizza

  • 200 g Classic DOIRANI, grated
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • Βasil leaves
  • A little salt and pepper

Procedure

For the dough

Put the flour in a bowl, add salt, pepper and mix by hand.
Then, beat the eggs, add them and start kneading.
Continue adding the milk little by little. The dough should not be hard or stick to the hands. If necessary, add flour.

For the sauce

In a frying pan put the oil and when it gets hot, add the garlic and sauté lightly.
Add the tomato, salt and pepper and simmer for 8-10 minutes.

To assemble

Lay the dough in a baking pan and spread enough sauce on top so that it covers the whole surface. Then pour the Classic DOIRANI on top and spread it evenly. Repeat with the cherry tomatoes.
Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes. Finally, add basil leaves to serve.
