Whole wheat sandwich with grilled vegetables and light cheese

Ingredients 2 servings

  • 4 slices of bread of your choice
  • 4 slices light cheese DOIRANI
  • 1 slice roasted eggplant
  • 2-3 thin slices roasted zucchini
  • Valerian

Procedure

In a baking pan, we spread a parchment paper and place the vegetables to bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.

Once the vegetables are ready, we roll out the bread slices and we spread two slices of light cheese DOIRANI along with the vegetables on each sandwich. Our delicious and healthy snack is ready! We can fill our sandwich with any vegetable we like.
