Whole Wheat Sandwich with Grilled Vegetables and 10% Fat Cheese

  • 4 slices of bread of your choice
  • 4 slices 10% Fat DOIRANI
  • 1 slice roasted eggplant
  • 2-3 thin slices roasted zucchini
  • Valerian

Procedure

In a baking pan, spread a parchment paper and place the vegetables to bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.

Once the vegetables are ready, roll out the bread slices and spread two slices of 10% Fat DOIRANI along with the vegetables on each sandwich. Our delicious and healthy snack is ready! We can fill our sandwich with any vegetable we like.
